The Journal of Judicial Systems and Justice focuses on the critical, systematic, and interdisciplinary analysis of jurisdiction and justice systems, encompassing studies on judicial activity, court organization, dispute resolution methods, public policies, legal theory and practice, as well as the interactions between law, the State, and society.
